Buying Solutions have signed a framework for prepaid cards with three Visa issuing banks. This framework means that public sector buyers can now use the GPC framework to buy prepaid without having to go to a formal tender. Buyers could use the mini-competition process to complete the procurement, or if they have specific needs that can only be met by one supplier, they can be called directly from the framework.
