Ticon recently won a 2009 Global Business Excellence Award for Outstanding Prepaid Programme Manager in the public sector. We are currently working with more than 35 councils to help them implement prepaid cards. Our prepaid support services can help councils deliver programmes that are cost effective and beneficial to the citizen.
