Using your purchase card scheme, you can deliver payments to suppliers in 4 days with no cost to your organisation. Do you realise that over 40% of the suppliers who generate the most invoices will accept payment by Visa? Paying by card means that the supplier gets paid in 4 days. Using a card will boost to the number of suppliers you pay within 10 days. Because the buyer settles with the bank at the end of the month, there is no lost interest for paying early. Around 25% of all the invoices you process are worth less than £500 and could be paid using a card. That means 25% less paper invoices and 25% less work in your accounts department. |
